Set the volunteer hours worked data format for downloads to total minutes per shift instead of [#hr#m]

The [#hr#m] data format is not usable in excel calculations. You have to do a bunch of work to put the hours in one column and the minutes in another which is a pain.

Access feature requests through VMS

Our primary volunteer management staff aren't involved with Bloomerang CRM (or need to be). It would be great if they could access this feature portal to stay involved in the updates happening on the Volunteer side.

Ability to deactivate Groups (including Bloomerang Groups)

There are times when a group is no longer needed on the main list page but shouldn't (or can't) be deleted. Deactivating a group makes the list page cleaner and easier to organize and find the groups I need.

Automated Notifications to Designated Staff Member(s)/Admins when Pending Applicant is Approved on a Volunteer

Instead of just offering an automated message to go out to the volunteer once they are approved, it would be helpful if a message could go out to that volunteer's supervisor so that they know that the volunteer is ready to work.
