Notification to Admin when volunteers inputs hours

Auto-generated email - Our Volunteer Coordinator would like to receive emails when volunteers input their hours manually, this way, she doesn't need to go back into each account and check if they remembered to input their hours worked. Another way to go about this would be to have a simple report - month, volunteer name, hours worked, opportunity name. There is a much more advanced report that we could use, but it takes a lot of time to delete all of the fields we don't need and clean it up so it is usable for only the parameters mentioned.
