Include Integration Sync in the Logic for the Welcome Email Automation

The Bloomerang Donor Integration to VMS is two way, allowing Admins/Org Managers to quickly add Constituents/Volunteers to each system.

When adding Constituent's to the Volunteer group in Bloomerang Donor, they are added to the Volunteer system and a profile is created. Improving the Welcome to the Org automation to take profiles created in this manner into account and automatically send the Volunteer a "Welcome to the Organization" email (If this automation is enabled) which allows them to set up their Volunteer profile(s) without having to reset their password, or go to the Org's Volunteer Landing Page and sign up will create a better experience for the Volunteers who may not be as tech savvy as others.
