Increase font size of Shift Title for Volunteers in the shift-selection step and change order in shift box

Volunteers who quickly read the shifts may not realize the importance of the actual shift title which is currently on the bottom. If it could be moved further up in the box and increase the font size.

Add "Kiosk Entry" to Hours Worked under "Actioned By" Instead of only "Self-Reported"

We do not want our volunteers to manually enter in their hours. We need them to check in and out through the kiosk. Currently we cannot tell the difference between kiosk entries and manually entered time.

I'd love to be able to group volunteers at the organization level, so that when one person signs up for an opportunity, all of the others in their group will be added to that opportunity as well.
