One feature we’d find incredibly valuable would be insight analytics into volunteer engagement behaviors.
Specifically, we would like to be able to:
Track when and how often individual volunteers are checking the opportunity listings
Understand which communication channel (website, email, or SMS) is driving the most traffic and engagement to our opportunities
Gain visibility into whether specific messages or campaigns (e.g., email or text links) are encouraging volunteers to check for new opportunities
This would help us better understand volunteer behavior, optimize our outreach strategy, and ultimately improve volunteer participation.
It would be great if this could integrate with UTM tracking or include basic referral/source metrics in the volunteer portal dashboard.
