Usability of a form is key to the customers experience and impression of an organization. It would be helpful to be able to add custom fields and change the order including the order of the fields that are provided. For example, for address we would also like to capture the county that our volunteer lives in, that currently is not part of the address question so if I add county it will not be where they are putting in their address. This is not a good customer experience and makes answering the questions a little disjointed. In addition, one of my custom questions is Volunteer Interest and I am making check box answers and currently I have them in alphabetical order. Lets say in a few months I have a new Volunteer Interest to add, the item I add now needs to be at the bottom and my list will no longer be in alphabetical order. This is not a good customer experience and will make the question seem a little disjointed.
