Title request change ("Staff" to "Volunteer")

The title "staff" is confusing and should not be used when identifing volunteers. It may be confused with paid positions within the organization.

Do not send email when hours added for volunteer

When we add hours worked for a volunteer we do not necessarily want or need to send them an email. Would be nice to have a setting in the volunteer profile to suppress sending the email.

Remove the Sentence that says all mandatory things have been completed.

We have more requirements for our volunteers after they have signed up for their shift that are not part of Bloomerang (background check, etc.) so we would prefer that they don't see a message saying all their mandatory things have been completed.

Restrict self reported volunteer hours

We work with volunteers who have court mandated community service hours. They cannot log their own hours but must check in and check out from the kiosk. We need the ability to restrict the ability to add hours and enter time in/out.
