Administrator receives notification when a volunteer signs up for a shift

It would be helpful if a notification was sent to the administrator whenever a volunteer signs up for a shift. This setting could be added within each opportunity, under "General Settings", "Notification Settings". A fourth category, "SIGN UP", could be added under "Shift Notifications", with the option of turning this email/bell notification on or off (below CONFIRM, DECLINE, REMOVE). The volunteer is already receiving an email when they sign up for a shift. It would be a small and easy addition to send to the administrator as well.

Please prioritize this ASAP! This is an essential function of volunteer management software for our organization. Our volunteer shifts are at various times and days throughout the week. I need to know whether a volunteer is coming for each of them for planning purposes as soon as they sign up. I do not have the time to go into the website every day multiple times a day to look at whether or not someone has signed up for our shifts. As it is, there are many steps to seeing this.

Please add this AND notify me when you do!! It would be really helpful to receive emailed notice with the shift date and time when a volunteer registers for a shift. Currently I have to log-in to bloomerang, go to the opportunity, search for the volunteer, and then look at their profile to see if they are registered for a shift or not and/or which shift.

This would be so helpful! I am just getting my first big opportunity set up with shifts and want to be notified what shifts volunteers are signing up for. With over 170+ shifts in one opportunity, it is very time consuming to go into every individual shift to see what volunteers have signed up.

YES! This would be a HUGE help. For the shift based opportunities our staff doesn't need the opportunity sign-up notifications, but would be extremely helpful to get an emailed notice saying Who signed up for a shift, the shift name, and what date and time that shift is occuring.

Please do this! Confirming shifts may be useful for other organizations, but our volunteers will arrive at a shift that they sign up for. I want to avoid sending another email, but would really like to know who signs up when and where!
