It is so challenging to find whose birthdays are each month, without scrolling through. You can sort the dates in order, but that's by year. I would like to be able to pull up a calendar or do a report to see whose birthdays are in a particular month.

Thanks for the feedback! We have released an improvement to the current Volunteer List—"Date of Birth" filter that allows you to select the month, year, or day individually.
For example, if you wanted to filter by everyone born on a specific month, you can just select "May":
From there, you can download the list of volunteers or take any action you'd like (e.g., send a Message).
