if we can’t have captured if waivers, we need to be able to require users to sign a pdf version in the system. This would also be helpful for agreements on expectations for volunteers and such.

View specific custom fields on the Constituent Dashboard and search results

It would be great to have the ability to customize the search screen results. There are several fields depicted, which is great, but others such as constituency or class years would be helpful when two or more constituents have the same name.

Set country when new applicants register.

When a new volunteer signs up to Bloomerand, it would be nice to have the option to set "United States" as the country for all new applicants so they don't have to go through the entire list.

Make photo on profile a mandatory option.

When a volunteer signs up on Bloomerang and creates a profile, I would like the photo on the profile to be a mandatory option, not optional. We do large events and need to know what our volunteers look like if we are looking for them.
