Ability to add native fields into Constituent Forms to track things like Gender, Birthday, Employer, etc

Increase character limit for custom fields

We are trying to capture the details of contacts in our interaction custom fields and it is character limited, but the Note field allows us to leave any number of characters. We want the custom fields with text to fill unlimited characters.
