We have some volunteers who volunteer individually, with family members, and as leaders of groups of 15+. These volunteers have been assigned as group leaders of Number-Based Groups, but their having to contact us for every single shift to adjust the number of volunteers is time-consuming for them and for us. It would be helpful if group leaders had more ability on their end to edit the size of their group for each shift. This would also be helpful for parents who volunteer with their kids regularly, because the number of family members volunteering can vary.
PLEASE add this feature!! Similarly, there is so much back and forth we have to do with groups because they cannot edit the number of people attending a shift. Sometimes this keeps them from registering for a shift because their account says 10 people, there are 8 open slots, and they would like to claim the last 8 open slots. Other times, the size of their group increases and they want to add an additional person or 2 to attend. Or, a third example, sometime is a group leader for SOME shifts and other times volunteers as an individual; so this number has to be changed. One way to change this would be to offer a simple "are you reserving slots for multiple people?" anytime someone signs up for a shift and if they say "yes" then they select total number of people including themselves. Or, have the option to turn on the group option/turn it off. Not having this feature is enough for us to consider exploring other platforms quite honestly because of the amount of time emailed to make these adjustments. It would be great for people who want to create a family account - since that doesn't exist (would also be a great feature) - to volunteer singularly or with a couple people from their family and not have to log into multiple accounts to get people registered.
