Right now there is not an option for someone to reset their password in the App. We had a volunteer that signed up online and used the "default strong password" that her computer gave her, but did not remember what it was. There is not a place in the Ap to reset the password - and when she tried re-setting online it shows her "not having an account" - even though when I look in the management side she is inputting the exact same password.
Just throwing this out there that this has been a problem for us still - I think it's occurring when we create a user on our end using their email address - then they get a automated email from us telling them to download the app. But when they download the app - they have no way of re-setting their password - it just gives them an error and they are stuck.
So they need a way to sign in for the "first time" using the App - even when their profile was created by us (the organization).
