PINNED Timeline highlights should take into account soft credits

See Static Groups in the constituent header so you don't have to check on the Profile page to see if someone is as a board member, former board member, volunteer, or staff.

Ability to lock a constituent record so that it cannot be merged

We have many records of people with similar names and sometimes these records get merged when they shouldn't be. It would be great if we could lock VIP records to prevent them from being merged or deleted.

More Control over the Active/Inactive Status

The Active/Inactive Ind should be controled by the Admin. Our volunteers quit and many are seasonal. This seems like an indicator that should be maintained by ADMINS.

Change custom field data type to Text

The ability to change the custom field type from Number to text would be great. I understand that the opposite might not be possible but from number to text won't hurt technically since you can safely convert number to text.

Picking up where you left off

If I select Constituent 321 on page 7, e.g., to edit Profile, when I saved the edit I want to go back to where I left off. There is no back button to "page 7"; instead it takes me all the way back to page 1.
