More Control over the Active/Inactive Status
The Active/Inactive Ind should be controled by the Admin. Our volunteers quit and many are seasonal. This seems like an indicator that should be maintained by ADMINS.

Currently, Administrators have full control over the logic that determines an active/inactive user. You can find the setting at the Organization level > General Settings > Active Contribution Status.
