Automated Notifications to Designated Staff Member(s)/Admins when Pending Applicant is Approved on a Volunteer

Instead of just offering an automated message to go out to the volunteer once they are approved, it would be helpful if a message could go out to that volunteer's supervisor so that they know that the volunteer is ready to work.

Donors can donate to existing pledges through online forms

The ability for donors to apply their online donation (one time or recurring) to an outstanding pledge. This reduces the need for admin to go in and update online payments as pledge payments.

This idea would let you delete a single constituent and their transactions without deleting each transaction first. Without this, the most efficient way to delete a constituent with many historical gifts is by using the bulk delete feature.
