Resizable text boxes
Resizable text boxes or a way to enlarge text boxes to better view information. This would especially be useful for notes & interactions. My nonprofit likes to copy and paste entire emails we have sent, but the box is so small. The text box I'm typing in right now has an enlarge option in the top right, why can't other have that?
It's crazy that we can't resize these boxes. Why is it limited?
We have longer notes that are very hard to scroll and read when the text box is so small.
Would also love this feature to help with grant tracking and reminders to people in our non-profit to file their grant reports.
+1 I was kind of shocked to discover I couldn't drag the box larger on an interaction or task.
Since the timeline items always go into an "edit mode" when you click on them - being able to resize the notes box is extremely important and basic functionality for text boxes. Please make it possible to see all of the email/text in the box when we are viewing items on our timelines. We should be able to quickly glance at the note to see what happened in the interaction - not scroll continuously in an tiny box to read it. The easier it is, the more likely our team will use it. Please prioritize this.
I have no idea how this isn't more complained about. Look at the box I am typing this comment in, it has so much functionality just so I can respond to your post. But if I want to type literal notes on a 10-figure donor, I have to cram it into a box that has absolutely no functionality. It's beyond embarrassing and would take the bare minimum of work to reprogram.
