Without a calendar view, it is hard to see on a daily basis which volunteers will be coming in for what opportunity.

I have a large number of shifts for an event. Being able to import from a spreadsheet would be extremely helpful. Many are the same, just small changes that excel can change quickly. Importing would be able to save me HOURS, maybe even days of work.
