It would be helpful to get an Export of email stats. The stats that are found in Tracking after you send an email. CTR, Open rate, time sent, day sent, purpose, type, ETC.

Profile Merge

Sometimes volunteers forget their sign up, use a different email, etc all the things - that lead them to having more than one profile. It would be amazing to be able to merge those!

Sometimes volunteers enter their information incorrectly. It would be helpful to be able to update their information for them on the admin side. This especially would be helpful to those volunteers who are not as tech savvy.

Remember my filter settings for displaying shifts

Add a remember my filter settings to the screen "signup for more shifts". It would be convenient to always open the screen to "hide shifts that are full" and "calendar view" and possibly your favorite role.
