Sometimes volunteers enter their information incorrectly. It would be helpful to be able to update their information for them on the admin side. This especially would be helpful to those volunteers who are not as tech savvy.
Yes!!! It would be very helpful to correct information like a missing m in .com. It not only creates duplicate volunteer records, but donor records, as well.
We held a Volunteer Town Hall followed by a Volunteer Experience Survey. The #1 response to how we could improve their volunteer experience is to improve the scheduling system. Having to explain to volunteers how to do something that I could do easily for them if I had access, eats up a lot of my time and energy. If i had know that Bloomerang was set up this way, I would have kept looking for another system that does. Even the availability is locked out for me, so I have to track people's away dates in a spreadsheet.

Yes, I agree with this! Our old volunteer system allowed us to be able to change information as well and it was nice because sometimes people write their wrong email address or don't add their cell phone and we find it out later and add it in for them.
