PINNED Timeline highlights should take into account soft credits

Brand colors for letters

It would be great to be able to use our brand colors in our donor acknowledgement letters. If we could input the hex color code to match our branding in the letter (like we are able to do in the email) that would be wonderful!

Currently I have to manually verify that volunteers have accepted our waiver. Would be great if it could be forced before an account is created.

Archive Past Shifts in an opportunity

It would be great for past shifts to be archived without losing the records. If I can someone's role, it removes them from any shift in the past where they had that role. It makes changing the system more difficult because we will lose past record...

Change email interests to "opted out" when constituent flags email as spam

We sent an email newsletter and one constituent marked the email as spam. I would like there to be an automatic process that changes a constituent's email preferences to "opted out" when they mark one of our emails as spam.
