synch volunteer and donor based on secondary emails as well as primary

Volunteers often have multiple emails, and will use various ones at different times. What we mark as primary in Donor can change, and often be a guess. We are having synching issues with volunteer to donor, as the system only checks primary email, not secondary.

    Would like the option of being able to e-blast all email addresses - not just the primary for the same reasons above. Many people have more than one email address, especially at a business, and we'd like to communicate to more than 1 constituent at a business.
