PINNED Timeline highlights should take into account soft credits
It would be so much more useful if the Highlights on the Timeline would take into account any soft credits that a donor has given (via donor advised funds or whatever other mechanism). Right now we have several donors for whom the highlights read ...

Configuration of Shift Reminders (Broadcast Message on Mobile App)

We'd like to be able to configure the automatic broadcasts. The timing of one hour a head of a shift isn't very helpful. And many of our volunteers are regular helpers so they don't want that at all.

Require organization waiver before allowing opportunity sign up.

Currently I have to manually verify that volunteers have accepted our waiver. Would be great if it could be forced before an account is created.

It would be great for past shifts to be archived without losing the records. If I can someone's role, it removes them from any shift in the past where they had that role. It makes changing the system more difficult because we will lose past record...
