Make it easier for users to identify if they're an Admin or standard user, let standard users see which specific permissions they do and don't have, and clearly indicate who a user can contact in their team to get their access changed.

I'm creating custom fields for our database, and I would love to include a note to clarify how this field should be used for all future users of our database. Perhaps something that could show up if we hover over the field.
We are trying to capture the details of contacts in our interaction custom fields and it is character limited, but the Note field allows us to leave any number of characters. We want the custom fields with text to fill unlimited characters.
