Nested campaigns

Allow campaigns to be nested under "parent" campaigns. For example, I have a 2024 Annual Fund goal, and I would like to add individual campaigns (Spring Campaign, Year-End Campaign) that roll up into the total for the 2024 Annual Campaign. This is different from appeals as these "child" campaigns would still use multiple appeals.
