Set country when new applicants register.

When a new volunteer signs up to Bloomerand, it would be nice to have the option to set "United States" as the country for all new applicants so they don't have to go through the entire list.

It would be great for past shifts to be archived without losing the records. If I can someone's role, it removes them from any shift in the past where they had that role. It makes changing the system more difficult because we will lose past record...

Ability to block volunteers

We've had a few incidents of volunteers not adhering to our code of conduct. While we can simply remove them, there is no way to keep them from signing up again. The ability to block a person by email would be really helpful
