Track whether volunteer have downloaded and logged into the app

We need a way to track whether our volunteers have downloaded and used the app, similar to how we can see if they have claimed their Bloomerang account. This feature would allow us to confirm if a volunteer's login has been used on the app, ensuring they have access to its tools and notifications.

.Without a way to track adoption, we cannot gauge whether keeping the app live is beneficial. Additionally, we want to utilize the Broadcast feature for important updates, but we have no visibility into whether volunteers are actually using the app. Having this data would help us assess engagement and improve communication strategies.
