We need the ability for volunteers to both sign up for shifts and have their hours tracked automatically when they sign in and out, without having to sign in & out of each shift. We have two hour shifts, but many work 2 or 3 shifts in a row. This is a core function we need and had in our last software.

Thank you for the feedback! The system has a setting for this -
At the opportunity level > general settings > attendance settings > "Automatically Assign Hours Worked"
You will want to select the option that will track the hours automatically, regardless of whether or not they sign in.
