Configuration of Shift Reminders (Broadcast Message on Mobile App)

We'd like to be able to configure the automatic broadcasts. The timing of one hour a head of a shift isn't very helpful. And many of our volunteers are regular helpers so they don't want that at all.

Print Shift Calendar

I really need the ability to print a shift calendar...SOON.!! The average age of my volunteers is 70+ years old and many don't have the ability to utilize technology.
