Email Automation for Shifts Added

I wish the "Create Automation" was more dynamic and less restritive. This area is lacking but so important. In particular right now it'd be nice set up an email automation that tells volunteers on a particular opportunity that new shifts have been added to the schedule. We have three locations that have different opportunities with different shift needs.
