Learning Management - INCLUDE TRAINING VIDEOS THAT THEN ALLOW SOMEONE TO BE QUALIFIED FOR A ROLE

I'm finding it cumbersome for people to sign up for shifts that require qualification that need a training video. They have to email me, then i have to send the training link, then they have to join, and THEN i can mark them as qualified and THEN they can go back in and see the shifts they are now "qualified" for. It would be great if we had the option to allow anyone to sign up for the shift, then ensure they watch the video (think HR required videos?), then it auto-grants them the qualification/role.
