BCC - be able to email volunteer from outlook and have it go into their email history
Much like bloomerang I want to be able to add a bcc@bloomerang for volunteers in bloomerang volunteer.
You have this in the Bloomerang Donor platform. It's disappointing this wasn't automatically included in the Volunteer platform.
THIS - would be amazing. Like other CRMs out there - to have this feature to be able to have a better view of email correspondence with the volunteer - would be great. THEN... (if possible with the system - the icing on the cake would be to link incoming emails from a volunteer that go into outlook - so that the incoming volunteer emails would automatically be logged in the email history in Bloomerang Volunteer through an Outlook sync in some way.
