Change search type after entering search string

It would be nice to be able to type into the top search bar and then select from the drop down (address/name/etc) without it clearing the search bar (instead of needing to select the drop down before typing anything in the search bar)

I would LOVE to see previous imports, not just the 5-6 most recent imports. Even the title of the import would be helpful so that as an organization we can track the data coming into the system easier.

Retain the latest custom sort order when toggling between A-Z and Custom orders

when creating appeals its tough to keep the order you like in settings. It would be helpful to freeze your custom order. Another user goes into appeals/settings and hits the AZ butto and it all goes back to Alpha order. Its a pain in the neck

Filter Reports

It would be helpful to us if you could filter the "hours worked" report. We are trying to recognize volunteers at certain number of hours worked and it is difficult to sift through all of it accurately.
