Confirmation step when deleting an import template

On "imports" the "delete" option and the "cancel" option are next to each other. If delete is selected, you do not get the pop up asking if you are sure you want to delete like you do when deleting a constituent. It would be great to get the same pop up in imports to help prevent accidental deletion.
