I currently have to go to opportunity to see who is checked in to my organization. With many concurrent opportunities and multiple shifts this is time consuming.
Add "Kiosk Entry" to Hours Worked under "Actioned By" Instead of only "Self-Reported"
We do not want our volunteers to manually enter in their hours. We need them to check in and out through the kiosk. Currently we cannot tell the difference between kiosk entries and manually entered time.
Set the volunteer hours worked data format for downloads to total minutes per shift instead of [#hr#m]
The [#hr#m] data format is not usable in excel calculations. You have to do a bunch of work to put the hours in one column and the minutes in another which is a pain.
