Please track volunteer mileage

We need to track volunteer miles as well as hours for in-kind grant match for our projects. Currently there is no way to do that except for in the notes field - and it is messy and inconsistent. Having a dedicated field in the Volunteer Kiosk/Hours Worked for volunteers to report their mileage as well as their hours would be ideal. We value miles according to the federal mileage reimbursement rate, and this give us more match for more grant money, so it is very valuable data for us.

    This would be great if the miles were pre-build in to the shift. We are a local Meals on Wheels program, and mileage is a big write-off for them, and we have to track it for our in-kind reporting.

    Hi there! When volunteers manually submit their hours worked, there is an open description field for Additional Notes / Comments that could be leveraged for capturing this information.
