Every week we send an email to our volunteers asking for help in the shifts that are understaffed for the coming week. It would be great to be able to automate this with a template that fills in the understaffed roles itself.

I have a large number of shifts for an event. Being able to import from a spreadsheet would be extremely helpful. Many are the same, just small changes that excel can change quickly. Importing would be able to save me HOURS, maybe even days of work.
