Notify Volunteer: Moved from "Waitlist" to "Scheduled" for a Shift

Notify a volunteer when they are moved from "Waitlist" status to "Scheduled" so that our staff isn't having to email each individual as they gets moved from the waitlist to a scheduled shift.

I have a large number of shifts for an event. Being able to import from a spreadsheet would be extremely helpful. Many are the same, just small changes that excel can change quickly. Importing would be able to save me HOURS, maybe even days of work.

Increase font size of Shift Title for Volunteers in the shift-selection step and change order in shift box

Volunteers who quickly read the shifts may not realize the importance of the actual shift title which is currently on the bottom. If it could be moved further up in the box and increase the font size.
