Option for Auto Add of "Waitlist" Volunteers to Shift when Opening becomes available

Have option to select "Waitlist" volunteers to be automatically registered for that shift when/if a slot opens up AND email them a notification.

Automated Notifications to Designated Staff Member(s)/Admins when Pending Applicant is Approved on a Volunteer

Instead of just offering an automated message to go out to the volunteer once they are approved, it would be helpful if a message could go out to that volunteer's supervisor so that they know that the volunteer is ready to work.

Option to make Volunteer cell phone number mandatory in an opportunity

I need to call my volunteers to verify information. If a volunteer doesn't include their number, I have no way to call them. I loose volunteers when I can't call them before their shift.
