The ability to report on custom fields in both the opportunity and org level would be a great feature. Not all needs fit into the box of the existing reports. Also we use excel quite a lot to hone in on issues / problem solving. To be able to customize the reports would greatly help this process
Customer had a large opportunity with dozens of shifts and roles. She wanted to just see a list of all the roles she created, so she could compare it to her existing Excel list. I know this data can be extracted from existing reports, but it takes some work and not all users will be savvy enough to do that. So some simple custom reporting tools would be wonderful
I agree the reports need to be more customizable like in regular Bloomerang. Our organization tracks shifts and not hours for volunteering. I was told when looking into this program this could be done in reporting. I have not been able to see how this could be set up. I would like to be able to pull a report for a specific date range that would list each staff member and the shifts they completed during that period. This would include the opportunity, date of shift and the role(s) for the shift they worked.
