Broader Browser Support - Expanding VMS compatibility to Microsoft Edge/additional browsers

Expanding the VMS system's compatibility to include additional browsers would make it more user-friendly for the diverse generations of volunteers who use the system to sign up for volunteering.

Our volunteers have complained about the passwords timing out too quickly on the app. Anyway to make this process easier like having a face ID function or option to stay logged in would be helpful.

Embed Forms that add people directly to groups

I see that this is already a suggestion that is not prioritized, but it would be very helpful for us to be able to put forms on our website that people could fill out and then have those people be automatically added to specific groups.

When a volunteer no call no shows, I think after this happens two or three times they should automatically be removed from the system.

Configuration of Shift Reminders (Broadcast Message on Mobile App)

We'd like to be able to configure the automatic broadcasts. The timing of one hour a head of a shift isn't very helpful. And many of our volunteers are regular helpers so they don't want that at all.

Volunteer Tasks

Instead of assigning a shift with an hour time slot, have the option for volunteers to sign up to complete a task. This task can be completed at any time that works with their schedule.
