Customize outgoing Notifications to volunteers

We recommend Bloomerang Volunteer to give managers and administrators the option to edit and customize outgoing text messages (push notifications) to volunteers.

Volunteers have received text messages on behalf of our organization when we cancel their shifts, and they received impersonal and "cold" texts. We've received complaints about this feature since it's not on-brand for our organization to send messages that are impersonal. This may cost us volunteers which is not great since administrators do not have control over this.
