Ability to rearrange tags

It would be nice to be able to rearrange the order of the tags I have on the organization level, rather than having to delete the current order and re-add the same tags again.

Include Event Managers in the scheduled Pre-Shift Reminders that go to volunteers

Having a way for Event Managers to also receive the pre-shift reminders that are automatically going to the volunteers prior to a shift would be extremely helpful in ensuring our event managers are prepared.

Instead of having volunteers sign in at the kiosk with their email we should be able to use their phone numbers to make it simple and easy..

View Shift Waitlist on Mobile app

Our team needs to know who is on the waitlist while at a site and they don't have access to a computer. If they could view the waitlist from the mobile app that would be a huge help!

Edit or omit gender field from volunteer profile

Please either edit or omit the gender field from the volunteer profile. If you're able to edit it, I recommend M, F, and X as choices; otherwise, delete it.
