Copying venues from other opportunities when creating opportunities from scratch

When creating an opportunity from scratch, it would be beneficial to be able to copy venues from other opportunities. When there are no venues for a new opportunity, there is no option to copy venues from other opportunities; this option appears only AFTER the opportunity has at least one venue.
