Activity Log: There should be component that tracks volunteer shift sign-ups or cancellations within the volunteer's profile, so you can see when and how frequently volunteers removes themselves from a shift. Similar log of activity history to the email history feature.
This would allow our organization to identify if a volunteer was previously scheduled to an assignment and cancelled it. It would also allow us to see if a volunteer signed themselves up for a shift or if an Opportunity Manager signed the volunteer up for a shift.
Yes! I feel Bloomerang lacks a lot of "history" tracking and so we're often left confused as to why something has changed, who changed it and when. More history options would be helpful to know when volunteer (and admin) actions that have been taken.
Would also like to be able to Track those who are just "no shows" so we can see the serial offenders
Yes, right now you have to play detective with notifications, especially for opportunities with just one simple shift, to determine if someone is in the staff list but not scheduled for a shift for one of two reasons: 1) someone removes themselves from the shift but remains in the opportunity (when they should leave the opportunity entirely) OR 2) they joined the opportunity but did not select a shift in the signup workflow.
