Do not count a ticket purchase as a donation
Currently, when using Bloomerang, Kindful, or Qgiv for ticket purchases, the transactions are being categorized as donations. This misclassification skews the numbers for first-time donors, which we actively call and track. We recently started using the ticket sale feature for all our events, but this issue has made it impossible to use first-time donor reports or the "Donor Calls" feature on the home screen effectively. Additionally, these transactions are flagged as unacknowledged, but we do not send acknowledgments for ticket purchases.
This seems like it should be a simple fix since ticket purchases are fundamentally different from donations and should be treated as such.
