It's a common use case to track an individual's pledge and need to apply soft credits to their pledge (https://bloomerang.ideas.aha.io/ideas/PROD-I-572), it's not clear whether these requests are different. Urgent solution requested: See Case #00041665. I am not comfortable changing a pledge payment/soft credit amount from March 2023. That is the only solution offered to me by support. She said to just add today's pledge payment amount to the amount paid in March, makes no sense and that will throw off reports and ultimately the auditors. ***I need to show today's pledge payment separately so all matches up.
