Set country when new applicants register.

When a new volunteer signs up to Bloomerand, it would be nice to have the option to set "United States" as the country for all new applicants so they don't have to go through the entire list.

Make photo on profile a mandatory option.

When a volunteer signs up on Bloomerang and creates a profile, I would like the photo on the profile to be a mandatory option, not optional. We do large events and need to know what our volunteers look like if we are looking for them.

Button for organization form questions to automatically be used at opportunity level

I would like to be able to use the exact same form questions across the board for every opportunity. Perhaps a button to select "use organization form for all opportunities." Managing the form for every opportunity seems like an unnecessary step.
