Admin be able to take another persons identity.

It would be helpful for an Admin in Bloomerang to be able to assume the identity of a volunteer so that the Admin could see what the volunteer sees. It is very helpful with troublshooting and being able to understand when a volunteer is having complicaitons with their profile, if the Admin can assume their identity and identify the problem.
