Allow reordering of opportunities on the recruitment page

Right now if I am entering opportunities, they order based on when I entered them. Sometimes as I add new opportunities, I may want to change the order.

Remember my filter settings for displaying shifts

Add a remember my filter settings to the screen "signup for more shifts". It would be convenient to always open the screen to "hide shifts that are full" and "calendar view" and possibly your favorite role.

Allow shift removal when reviewing shifts to add

When at the "signup for new shifts" screen. You'll see both available and shifts your are already scheduled for. When opening a shift already scheduled, you are not given the option to remove yourself.

Do not allow Volunteers to remove themselves from a shift less than 3-5 days before the shift.
