Our volunteers have consistently expressed preference to communicate via text. Emails get buried quickly in inboxes.

Exclude No-Shows from Post-Shift Automations

Not sending thank you emails to volunteers who do not show up. We are having volunteers try to use their "Thank You for volunteering" emails as confirmation for hours worked (that they didn't actually work).
