Allow shift removal when reviewing shifts to add

When at the "signup for new shifts" screen. You'll see both available and shifts your are already scheduled for. When opening a shift already scheduled, you are not given the option to remove yourself.

    Hi there,

    This is possible! Just make sure the “Allow Volunteers to Remove Themselves from Shifts” setting is enabled. When it’s turned on, volunteers can remove themselves from previously scheduled shifts in the Shift Selection step.
